Following a full-day generative AI immersion, we worked closely with the G’Day Group marketing leadership to scope and build a bespoke software app that powers their destination marketing.
INTRODUCTIONG’Day Group operates over 300 holiday parks across Australia. They came to us with a clear intent: become AI-capable—fast. What started as a generative AI training day evolved into a long-term capability uplift, culminating in a custom-built internal assistant, Disco, now used daily by their marketing team.

Designed specifically for marketing teams, the workshop was fast-paced and hands-on. Teams tackled real brand challenges using generative AI, with outputs that were immediately usable. We taught advanced prompting, brand-safe copywriting, and visual creation using tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney.
By the end of the day, marketers were already integrating ChatGPT into briefs, email sequences, and even pitch decks - on brand, on message, and in minutes.

Internal AI Assistant – Disco
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENTAfter the workshop, it was clear: the team didn’t just need skills - they needed infrastructure. So we co-designed Disco, an internal AI marketing assistant that’s now a central part of their day-to-day workflow.
Disco writes marketing copy that’s always on-brand, generates creative concepts and campaign starters, builds out visual storyboards for inspiration, and handles the repetitive admin behind briefs and documentation - so the team can stay focused on high-impact work.

OUTCOMESThe G’Day Group marketing teams now have the confidence and capability to use generative AI tools like ChatGPT in their day-to-day, and have a bespoke platform built specifically for their needs in Disco. They can now product high quality content at the volume they need, without compromising quality
