In a single-day immersion, we up-skilled 30 ALB marketers and surfaced a prioritised AI roadmap that will turbo-charge product innovation and campaign delivery.
INTRODUCTION
G’Day Group—operators of over 300 holiday parks across Australia—came to us with a clear intent: become AI-capable, fast. What started as a generative AI training day evolved into a long-term capability uplift, culminating in a custom-built internal assistant, Disco, now used daily by their marketing team.

We designed a full-day immersive workshop held at G’Day Group’s Adelaide HQ, combining structured walkthroughs with hands-on challenges. The session was fast, fun, and practical—focused on solving actual business tasks with new tools.
From First Prompts to Practical Outputs—AI Training That Delivered on Day One
Designed specifically for marketing teams, the workshop was fast-paced and hands-on. Teams tackled real brand challenges using generative AI, with outputs that were immediately usable. We taught advanced prompting, brand-safe copywriting, and visual creation using tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney.
By the end of the day, marketers were already integrating ChatGPT into briefs, email sequences, and even pitch decks—on brand, on message, and in minutes.
