  • Time Under Tension was co-founded by three experienced digital veterans: Tim O'Neill, Tim Fouhy, and Jason Ross. All three founders bring over 20 years of digital experience, having previously co-founded Reactive (which was acquired by Accenture Interactive) and served as Managing Directors at Accenture Interactive.

  • The Collective is our network of highly talented AI specialists spanning strategy, healthcare, advertising, copywriting, photography, and creative innovation. This model allows us to scale through a select mix of retained team members and skilled collective members, connecting clients with specialist expertise while maintaining the agility of a boutique agency.
