Generative AI Enablement Days are immersive, inspiring and actionable. Modular by design and tailored for your business and attendee outcomes.

Generative AI Enablement Day Modules

Our modules have been curated to deliver clear and tangible outcomes for your business and attendees. The modules, outlined below, can be conducted as stand-alone sessions or in combination across one to two days.

  • An inspiring and immersive presentation bringing to life the lay of the generative AI land. Packed with new and emerging generative AI use cases, tools and examples, this module is a great way to baseline knowledge across your business and both inspire and educate attendees on everything from use cases to risks and practical next steps.

  • An interactive co-design workshop to identify and design generative AI use cases for your business. Combining our generative AI methods and knowledge with your business insights, the workshop results in a high value generative AI use case backlog and concept designs.

  • A hands-on generative AI training module, designed to up-skill attendees on how to use generative AI tools to enhance personal and organisational productivity. The sessions are tailored to your attendees and their roles. The module combines both individual and group based learning exercises and is supported with pre-prepared cheat sheets.

    Inform sessions are facilitated by highly experienced digital business leaders. Our speakers are in frequent demand and cover a wide range of generative AI topics.

    Design workshops are facilitated in person or remotely by experienced workshop facilitators, using dedicated generative AI design aids to maximise engagement and outcomes.

    • Viability and feasibility prioritisation

    Duration: 2 to 3 hours

    Learn Module

    Training is hands-on and covers popular and accessible generative AI tools. Attendees learn using pre-prepared assets and tools which accelerate learning outcomes.

    • Learn to create on-brand content (text, images)

    • Advanced prompting exercises

    • Advanced generative AI tooling (e.g. copywriting, video, voice, 3d)

    Duration: 1/2 to full day (content dependant)
