We began with a high-energy keynote reframing how generative AI fits inside a product-led business. The 90-minute session grounded AI in Panasonic’s world, showing real consumer electronics use cases and campaign workflows. Live demos of tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and video generation made the tech feel practical and immediate — not distant or theoretical.

Small-Group Drills That Turned Curiosity Into Practical Know-How
After the keynote, we shifted into action. Teams joined breakout sessions to apply AI tools to real tasks — writing prompts, generating product images, and testing workflows. These guided, fast-paced drills gave space to build skill without pressure. By the end, participants weren’t observing AI — they were using it with confidence.

Tapping Into Institutional Knowledge to Surface What Really Matters
Co-Design Workshop
We closed with a collaborative sprint focused on uncovering high-impact AI opportunities. Using Time Under Tension’s custom workshop methods, cross-functional teams mapped challenges, explored solutions, and scored ideas by impact and feasibility. The result: a focused, 12-point roadmap grounded in real business needs — not just theoretical ideas.
SOLUTIONWe designed and delivered a one-day AI Enablement experience that reached 75+ Panasonic staff across product, marketing, CX, and digital. The day combined tailored inspiration, guided hands-on training, and a co-design sprint that surfaced 12 ready-to-run AI use cases. It was practical, energising, and grounded in Panasonic’s real-world challenges - leaving teams more aligned, more confident, and equipped to take action.
