CultureCon 2025: Thriving in the Intelligence Age

Last week I had the privilege of speaking at CultureCon 2025 — Australia’s leading workplace culture conference. The theme? How we build high-performance cultures in an age of rapid change, disruption… and generative AI.

My talk, Thriving in the Intelligence Age, shared three years of real-world lessons from our work at Time Under Tension helping organisations accelerate AI adoption. I focused on practical accelerators: structured experimentation, “translation squads” to bridge AI and domain knowledge, and building cultures of feedback and continuous learning.

The standout message: thriving in the intelligence age isn’t just about tools, it’s about the culture you build around them.

I was honoured to speak alongside brilliant minds like Heidi Gardner, Michael Bungay Stanier, Jenelle McMaster, Andrea Clarke and more , each offering powerful takes on leadership, trust, collaboration and transformation in an AI-shaped world.
