Generative AI Design Sprint
Transform your organisations generative AI adoption in just four weeks

Be inspired about generative AI potential • Get hands on with generative AI tools • Bring generative AI use cases to life

How does an AI Design Sprint work?

A four-week focused training and design sprint using proprietary tools and methods to fast-track generative AI adoption in your business.

Week 1
Inform & Inspire the Business

Inform Session, available virtually or in-person, kickstarts the journey by bringing generative AI to life for your business and industry. The content is tailored for your business and is enriched with exciting, emerging generative AI use cases, demos, and examples.

An infographic featuring an iceberg illustration with four segments labeled 'EASY,' 'MODERATE,' and 'COMPLEX.' The iceberg shows various AI topics, including AI-generated code, voice, video, and 3D spaces. A photo of colorful elephants stands on the left, with a caption about privacy and data. The image background is a room with windows.

Outcome: the business aligns to the full landscape of business possibilities that can be unlocked with generative AI.

Week 2
Learn & Design with AI

Design Workshop, available virtually or in-person, uses our proprietary design methods and exercises to teach attendees valuable hands-on knowledge of using generative AI tools and methods, whilst identifying transformative generative AI use cases for your business too.

A group of people gathered around a wooden table in a restaurant or cafe near water, with some working on laptops and others talking.

Outcome: attendees learn hands-on how to use popular generative AI tools for their day-to-day jobs whilst designing actionable use cases.

Weeks 3 to 4
Bring AI Use Cases to Life

PoC & AI Roadmap results in a backlog of generative AI use cases for your business and a detailed guide for the selected Proof of Concept (PoC), including specifications and a “ready for Sprint 1” working demo. This blueprint sets a solid foundation for your generative AI PoC.

Outcome: a backlog of generative AI ideas and detailed blueprint and demo which lays the foundation for your generative AI PoC(s).
